Re: Springer Seal Life
Thanks for the reply, much appreciated. I spoke to the factory and they were slightly surprised at the drop, and did offer to look at it under the warranty. I said I'd leave it for while and see what happens once I've put few more tins through it, as you said. As my TX is only 3 months old I was a b...

Springer Seal Life
Hi Guys I just wondered if anyone has a view on what the typical life is for a set of seals. My TX200 HC has lost some power already after less than 2500 pellets. According to the factory it was 11ft'lb when it left. Its now down around 10.1 using the factory recommended AA Fields @ 5.51 16gr Any th...

Re: Help with combro
Hi Y'all I see there's a few members with, or have tried a Combro chronoscope. I just wondered what the general feeling was, regarding peoples experience with them. I've just bought a Mk4 version with the alignment tool just to make sure I was setting it up correctly. The no's I'm getting are lower ...

Re: Tx 200 spread
PS : Thanks Gary, before I do anything I'll get a few more Crono's done of the latest figures to be sure of the No's and then perhaps contact AA, as in the near future I'm planning on doing a bit of hunting, ..... as FPS means Prizes : -)
Cheers

Re: Tx 200 spread
Oh Right !.... thanks very much for the info, its really appreciated. It is an HC so I am aware that they produce slightly lower figures. Obviously I need a margin to keep below the magic 12 No ! If they'll provide some washers that would be great as I have access to crono's at the club and my local...

Re: Pellet fit in breech
Hi Guys Pellet fit and choice is interesting, as it seems there's a lot of comments here and every time you meet a fellow Shooter. I've recently done a bit a study on pellets in my .22 Tx200 mk3. My normal pellets are AA Diablo fields 5.51 16 gr. But I've used Hunters at 5.50 16gr Fields at 5.52 16g...

Re: Tx 200 spread
Hi ! My Tx is relatively new and has been crono'd a 2 or 3 times between 10.3 and 10.6 which I felt was disappointing as it's sold as a Full Power rifle..... ok I know it won't be 12 !!! But I expected at least low 11's At that time it had only had about 1000 pellets thru it .... Will it improve ???...

Pellet preferences..... ( again perhaps )
Hi Guys... (and girls if there are any) Relative newcomer here but not to guns. I've bought a new Tx200hc and wondered what people's preferred pellets are, and, any science behind their choices. I've been using AA diablo field in 5.52 and 5.51 and hunters in 5.50 .... I only recently discovered they...

Re: tx200hc low power
Hi Guys I'd be interested to know what peoples mk3 HCs are cronographing at. Mine is almost new. I've only put about 700 pellets through it. I use AA Fields @16grains on the two separate occasions its registered 10.6 and 10.3 which I thought was a bit on the low side ...... especially as my mates ne...
