My s410 in .177 gets about 50, but thats from an almost full charge of 190 to 195 down to about 95 to 100, ideally the AA recommendation is about right if you go from their recommended 180 to 100, bear in mind the consistency will not be as good when the gun is fully charged and when it starts to dr...
