Re: Just found out about the new ts400 target rifle from air arms does anybody know and details

The cocking mechanism is indeed all about speed. This rifle is designed for Target Sprint where every second counts. It has dropped the time for clearing the five targets from around 15 seconds to 10 seconds, which equates to around 10m on the track. That's single-loaded, magazines are not allowed.....

Re: FTP 900

Keep your eyes on the sales sections of this and other forums, they do come up occasionally for a little less, but they hold their value well. If your budget isn't up to it, maybe have a look at the HFT500?

Re: Is this a Recoil stop pin.

It is my understanding that the pin is simply to stop you mounting the scope too far back and thereby interfering with the magazine loading, rather than preventing scope movement in the case of a springer. I've got an MTC Viper Connect mounted on mine, so this pin is redundant anyway.

One word of warning, the barrel is vey prone to getting knocked and moving, so, especially as it is coming by courier, the very firs...

Re: wholesale pellets?

I've found BAR hard to beat on AA Fields. Discount of 10% for orders over 10 tins - and you can mix and match to achieve it (incl. VFG felts). Rapid delivery too :)

Re: Hi from NEWBIE!

You take no notice! Never ask for an opinion on your choice - I've got a 510 and love the lever action, but others aren't so keen for some reasons.... There are others who believe "it ain't worth a thing if it ain't got a spring!" The main thing is that you get to know your gun and how it ...

Re: Full pcp set up ..

Depends on why you want a multi-shot. They're useful for hunting if you need a quick second quick shot, however, if you're plinking or shooting targets they're no quicker. My son can put 10 pellets in a target with his S400 as quickly as I can if you include filling a mag for my 510... Honestly, you...
