know what you mean, left handed myself,just got a half decent beech (rh) stock for mine and its just left me thinking i may have to convert my old broken and battered right handed to a left but its always a compromise as theyve got a cast.

i will be interested to see your results from the stock bedding, it seems to be considered essential in the firearm accuracy circles but seldom if ever mentioned in relation to airgun's, i suppose the lower forces involved means its less likely to be an issue.are the stocks you have an issue with us...

just received a stock as mentioned in other thread in very good overall condition for age just a few bits back to bare wood ide like to patch if i can, has anyone found a suitable stain/varnish that works for patching minor dings,anyone know if its a sprayed on colured varnish or stained then sealed...

from what i remember the hc shroud is loctited on and removing it involved a lot of heat and a fair amount of effort (bit of a pig tbh)you dont need to remove the shroud to get the barrel out so avoid if you can would be my advice. i think new barrels are usually supplied with a shroud so dont remov...

for a mk3 it should be fairly easy to get a barrel try julian on here first if no one else chips in im sure he can set you right,i think you may need a new top hat/piston weight but not sure.
