Tx200 Mk2 //master service kit ?

Hi

Is the master service kit still available?

If not, any idea what an original spring (.22), piston seal and compression tube seals would cost? ( I think that's all I need)

Thanks

If you don't mind mate, how long from empty does it take you to fill up with the pump?

Re: 232 bar with pump?

yes many time s on my r 10 . its a great work out . Ah yes I used a BSA cylinder as a buddy bottle and it was 232 rated so I'm pretty sure I just connected it to scuba tank and let it equalise. It replenished the S200 twice on one fill. It was 20 yrs ago so a bit hazy on detail. Thanks guys. I figu...

232 bar with pump?

Hi all, I know that 200bar is easy enough and doesn't take very long but has anyone pumped to 232ish bar with a pump?

I don't have a pcp or pump to find out, just been having a chat with a guy.

Re: Tx200 MKII running warm (ish) pt.2

Went ahead and removed the tophat, just keeping a slip washer inside the piston.

The figures are now much nicer and the shot cycle even more controllable. A few shots with the Hobbies came out as:

FPS FTLB
651 11.22
652 11.26
651 11.22
651 11.22

Tx200 MKII running warm (ish) pt.2

Hi all, I have now fitted a snug rear guide, a light weight top hat and I must say that the shot cycle is very smooth. It is also nicely consistent with AA Fields. 15 shot string AA Fields 5.52 564 11.26 571 11.5 573 11.6 527 9.81 570 11.47 575 11.68 578 11.79 578 11.79 578 11.79 578 11.79 573 11.58...

Re: mkII Tx running warm

Right, I now have new breach seals and a kit from Tinbum. Today I'm going to strip, degrease and polish (again) then fit the new seals. Tomorrow I'll fit the new spring guide and top hat and do a spot of testing. I've also bought a range of pellets to test out.

Fun fun!

Lol They are even worse now, much worse than they used to be, in fact that remind me of the old Harriers and bulldogs. Suppose I could make a few inline leads out of them though lol

Re: mkII Tx running warm

have you tried using another chrono to confirm the original? batteries? etc. Sadly I only have the combro, got it quite recently but you do make a valid point. I have ordered a Tinbum guide and top hat along with some new seals for the breach and piston. Will see how they behave. I am also wonderin...

Re: mkII Tx running warm

That's interesting to know mate. Thanks. I'm trying to think of a plan of attack to work out exactly what the issue is, as cash is tight.

Come payday I may invest in a Tinbum kit and new breach/piston seals.
