Hi guys just bought a filling adaptor cover got it with some other stuff. The cover on my S410 is shorter when did they Change them as i want to sell it on.

It was the fireing valve. What i did was dip the barrel into a bottle of oil and saw the bubbles, i removed the pot and took out the fireing valve, i used a razor blade to remove the ridges and polished the face of the fireing valve. I changed the seals still leaking air but from the barrel is it the firing valve assembly that requires cleaning or changing what am i looking for as in wear or damage. The pot is very loose as well could thus also be the problem please advise.

You were right spot on.

Im no expert but it may be that the pot has detached from the front of the pressure chamber and is rattling about in the air reservoir sounds like a ball bearing running up n down hope this helps

Hi guys i have an Airarms S410 classic. I stripped it down because of an air leak whilst it was stripped i polished the hammer and hammer slide now when i tip the gun up or down the hammer slides and makes a noise have i done something wrong it shoots ok.

Did what was said. No air escaping down the barrel. Did the bottle trick air escaping when i opened the valve so must be the filler seal. Any utube videos recomended please.

Hi im new to the forum. My problem is im losing air. Its going down very slowly taking two weeks to lose 50 bar.
