Second Air Arms rifle
I purchased a new to me Air Arms MPR FT back close to the beginning of the year - right before they put us all on lockdown here in Coffee Country. Bought it from a friend of mine and on Friday last he was finally able to drop by on his way to visit family further south. I'd wanted a good singleshot ...

Re: pellet trap/paper target holder.
It's not wather proof, but a cardboard box full of cardboard sheets makes a very quiet pellet trap. I have one that's about 10"X10" on the end and about 18-20" long. It's soaked up hundreds upon hundreds of pellets over the years and now is quite heavy. One of these days I'll open it up, dump the co...

Re: Prosport Problem
The baffles in the built in moderator can come loose. Shining a light in towards the barrel won't tell you much. You'll need to poke the baffle at the front and see if you can make it move back. You might have managed to shoot one (or more) of the baffles out, leaving the rest free to move back and ...

Field Target question
Hey guys, our national (Coffee Country) field target association is discussing the matter of magazines in Field Target. Some people are claiming that only single shots may be used, others claim that their Air Arms 510 is perfectly acceptable. None of us has ever traveled abroad for a shoot so we've ...

Re: ProSport scoping options
MTC Mamba Lite 3-12 x 44 with BKL mounts. Comes with side wheel parallax adjustment and flip-up lens covers. Works perfectly on my 0.177 ProSport. However, I'm not sure if MTC still supply them. I'm guessing that would be this one, correct? What does it weigh? Can't seem to find that in the specs. ...

ProSport scoping options
Right now I've got a 6-24X56 scope on my .177 ProSport. It's been interesting to play with, but makes for a very heavy setup. This scope was purchased with the intention of putting it onto a rifle for use in Bench Rest shooting but that rifle is not yet in my stable so it got tossed onto the ProSpor...

Re: Hello again, and ProSport tuning
Thanks, guys! I'll try not to be such a stranger. The ProSport is definitely my favorite rifle now.

Hello again, and ProSport tuning
A while back I was registered here, but due to work and life in general hadn't checked in in a while. So apparently I'm starting from scratch again. Hello to all of you! After a lot of research, contemplation and saving of funds, a couple years back I picked up a ProSport in .177 caliber. It was sou...
