Slate mines are handy to keep dry over a ten day holiday, That and tumble driers.
I did a course in DVLA once. Lovely view of grey wet streets.
Does it ever f’k’ng stop?

Aka plywood.
I used to have a Walther LG200 in blue. It is very strong on the pistol grip area compared to natural wood where a support bolt or dowel is often needed and sometimes fall in half.

If PA = Pyramid Air I’m guessing Josh may be in the USA? It limits the options with AA direct. It certainly sounds like debris in the shroud because you stripped everything else out. I don’t think its a security issue to give us the first 2 digits of your serial and the year they gave you, but it’s fine if you don’t. It has been suggested but not proved that the first two digits might be the year of manufacture of the receiver body though not necessarily the year of dispatch of the finished rifle. Those that reported back showed serial number startdigits one or two years earlier than retail date.

He made me one with a 4mm hole for my standard MPR trigger. He may be able to make you a special for the rowan.
