This is a 1 year old, regulated carbine 0.177 Galahad with walnut stock. The gun is in excellent condition, has never been out in the field, only shot from under cover. It also comes with a dedicated Air Arms Q-Tec moderator and 2 magazines. £750 for the gun only, £875 including the Nikon Prostaff T...

Re: Galahad accuracy

Hi Pointer, I had one of the very first regged .177 carbines and it did exactly the same thing. I sent it straight back and they put a new barrel in it, they tested it with AA Field 4.51 and it was spot on. I tried it with AA Field 4.52 and it was not quite as good, bought a tin of 4.51 (not easy to...

Breech seal replacement

Hi Team, Here's a small tip that might save you some time and frustration. I needed to replace the breech seal on my son's EV2 Mk4. Damn thing kept disappearing down the barrel each I tried to seat it. Plugged the barrel with a couple of the VFG cleaning wads and the seal had nowhere else to go exce...

Re: Has Ronnie Sunshines in Berkhamsted closed

Hi Big Dog,

They had a stand at the Shooting Show in Warwick last Friday so I would say they are still in business.

Re: EV2 mk4 cylinder seal

Hi Bezzer, Yes I did the same with the old water trick (had lot's of bike punctures over the years) because I was very surprised the seal had gone. It is definitely leaking where the tube end screws into the cyclinder. Have no idea why that should suddenly go, it also stops leaking when the pressure...

Re: EV2 mk4 cylinder seal

Thanks guys.

I was surprised it started to leak just because the air was dumped, did that on my old 410 and my FTP several times without an issue.

EV2 mk4 cylinder seal

Hi Team, My son's EV2 mk 4 ran low on air last night and dumped it all, no problem I thought, cock the gun and refill. Sadly no, now it gets to 150 bar and starts leaking from the seal (RN234) at the fill end of the cylinder. Any tips on how to get the fill adapter assy off? It looks as if you need ...

Galahad air filling

A word of advice. Just received my Galahad carbine regulated, tried to fill it as normal for a pcp, very slowly and the air just flooded out around the filling probe. Spoke to Air Arms and they have changed the fill opening to be slightly larger than the FTP900 to avoid the damage to the o rings bit...

Re: Galahad

Called in at Fultons last week asking for one. They called Air Arms and asked for a delivery date, order now for delivery between Christmas and Feb. Very disappointed as I have shot both the rifle and carbine and loved the balance of the carbine, would love to give AA my money.
