Looks like a very nice restoration. Have you any pictures beforehand.
My mate has a ml7, that's basically been in a time warp. It hod only been used a few times in its life. Still looks like a new lathe today.

Re: amnesty
There was an amnesty some years ago in the area I live. Where anything could be handed in, no questions asked and everything chopped up. I know for a fact that a brace of Holland and Hollands was handed in and they somehow fell into the hands of an RFD that I know very well. Obviously a dodgy copper...

If you can set up near a drinking trough. You can pop pigeons off all day long on hot days wanting a tipple. Especially if there's no other water sources nearby.

A slow setting epoxy should do the job. have you got a piccy, then it may work out as an easier job once we've seen it.

Re: PCP : 300Bar cylinder refills
One in our village stings you up more if an airgun cylinder. Double the cost of a dive cylinder. They even charge you more for a retest on an airgun cylinder. That's why I don't use them, got bitten once and never again. Plus I tell any other air gunners not to use them. There loss. So now I rather ...

Re: Service Price On S410
Does the rifle actually need a service and why do you think it needs one. At the most, only the breech and magazine seal may need changing. They get the most wear and tear. Some of my 410's are nearing which must be 16 years old plus and are still all running on the original seals apart from maybe a...

Re: Gun stocks
I have a fetish for walnut, would rather go for walnut over beech any day. Although I do have a few springers with beech stocks and they do look nice. Especially Weihrauch's Beech is heavier then walnut, so a few ounces more weight can be added to a rifle. My pet hate is ambidextrous stocks. I HATE ...

Re: Lane Regulator.
Could never get on with the Lane regulator so I removed the reg that has been sitting in the draw ever since. Shot count went from around 70 shots, down to about 30 shots in .22. This was in an early TDR with the shorter air cylinder. The reg lost me a lot of the usable air cylinder volume. Tried a ...
