Re: Finally decided on a drop in kit
You may not have enough tolerance to fit a sleeve, the spring to sidewall clearance is very small. I've currently got a TBT kit in my PS and I'm pleased with it, I've tried a shortstroke kit but didn't like it. Thanks Timmytree. I will probably leave it then. Would the sidewall benefit from a polis...

Finally decided on a drop in kit
I've been looking to put a drop in kit in my 177 Prosport for some time now and I've spent lots of time looking at what kit to use. I've looked at them all, TBT, Welsh Willy, Vortek, Vmac, I've even looked into NickG and Wonky donkey to name but a few. It quickly became a mine field. So I have final...

Re: Poor quality parts
I don't think all is bad. I was just very shocked to see the state of some of the parts as it is not what I would have expected from AA. I just put it out there to see if anyone else has come across this. Its a good article too. Putting extra Grease on the spring for transporting overseas makes sens...

Poor quality parts
I apologise for posting a link to another forum but during a google search I found this.... m It is quite concerning to see the poor quality of some of the AA Prosport parts. The poor fittings on the compression tube is of particular worry. I know these AA rifles are in America but has anyone in the...

Re: My name is Matt, and I'm an airgun tinkerer.
Welcome Matt. If your local ish to Nuneaton there is a Springer Bash going on. It's a weekend of like minded Spring gun nuts that could tune anything. There is a lot of talent there. It's on the weekend of 2nd and 3rd April. The venue is the same as the AAOC meet which is in Higham On the Hill, Nun...

My name is Matt, and I'm an airgun tinkerer.
Hi everyone. My name is Matt and I'm an airgun tinkerer. I would just like to say hello to everyone at AAOC and at the same time confess my sins. I have owned and shot airguns since I was 12 up until I reached 30 when I felt I needed to move on to bigger, brighter, louder things, so I sold my airgun...
