ok, went to a mates place tonight and the gun charged no problem from a cylinder so I will be taking the pump apart soon. Its good to know that AA have so much faith in their product as they said "its the pump", as did a few of you guys. Many thanks to all of you for your help.

Thank you all for your input, will take the gun to a shop to try and fill it off a cylinder and see where we are, the pump is certainly pumping but whether its enough open the guns valve I don't know? The gun is approx. 6 yrs old and has the t bar attachment. I will let you know the result next week.

Hi Kevin, gun gauge is at 100 bar and plenty of shots rattled off since last charge.
