TDR
I just have to say what a lovely gun my TDR is! It's been around as a model for some years now but I think it is the equal of any (?) other PCP. So quiet and accurate and nice to hold and look at. I've just been out in the garden with my lovely lurcher Merlin and the TDR and shot a small piece of co...

Re: Wildcat pellet testing
I've just got a Wildcat in .22 and so far the Air Arms diablo field seem excellent. I have a load of JSBs to try later. It probably doesn't surprise you but my recently acquired AA TDR in .22 appears virtually as accurate . Brilliant! My Brocock Compatto has been a bit disappointing so far and is cu...

Hi Dave, hope you have nicer weather than us! Are you allowed air guns without any fuss there?

Re: old age
Cor! here we go! I'm eighty and very recently went over to PCPs. Wonderful! you can rest on something solid to shoot. I find the pump easy enough too. It's an FX stage three I think it's called, much better than the Webley I last had. I can get a gun up to 200 bars without my angina starting!!! Mick.

Re: AA TDR.
To Mark and Zippy, thanks for your interesting replies. It's funny but I can't get rid of my XS 38, ( the latest model with the horrible great foresight lump and the ill designed under lever safety button at the rear which I removed!) Smashing gun otherwise. anyway, I've just come indoors from the w...

AA TDR.
Got to say how much I love my new TDR! It is dead accurate, no recoil, almost inaudible when fired . I,ve always preferred springers for reasons I wont go into as you've heard it all before but I was forced to go to PCPs at last. I've tried a few in the past but couldn't get on with them. I use a pu...

Re: for all too read and understand
It does seem that airgunners get the bad press but this is because others don't get caught. I know farmers who will throw an unwanted litter of kittens , LIVE, on the Rayburn. I know one who got impatient with a lamb that kept following him. He picked it up by the back legs and threw it over arm bac...
